Want Therapy That Provides Real Change and Outstanding Results?

Why settle for sub-par therapy that doesn’t get you the results you want?

At Royal Oasis Psychotherapy Institute (ROPI), Dr. Greg offers effective psychotherapy for the people who want real results and not just more psychobabble.

With over 15 years of experience in mental health, Dr. Greg knows that endless therapy sessions rehashing the past don’t always provide long-lasting change. Therapy works best when genuine introspection is combined with practical, real-world skills to use when emotions threaten stability.

The difference with Dr. Greg is that he knows research-based treatments meant to launch people into their healing journeys without needing to stay in therapy forever.

Dr. Greg’s mission with ROPI is to provide clients with the tools they need to sustain long-lasting change and permanently improve the quality of their lives.

And the best part?  It is all virtual, giving you the privacy and convenience needed for effective healing.

How Does Dr. Greg’s Approach Work Differently?

Dr. Greg incorporates multiple elements to create a holistic and impactful healing space.

Everything comes together to form a customized treatment plan that fits your needs rather than you needing to conform to the therapist.

Progress towards goals and skills review are done weekly to ensure you stay on track towards mental wellness. Every 90-120 days, treatment plans are reevaluated and adjusted to ensure flexible and effective treatment.

Why Regular Therapy Is Not Enough

Most therapists out there have some knowledge of the techniques in Dr. Greg’s Therapy Approach. This means that many tend to lack all of the components for better treatment outcomes and/or do not have the same extensive training to personalize treatment for each unique client.

Many therapists tend to operate from one primary treatment modality and push clients into their way of doing therapy. Though this may work occasionally for some, unique problems require more nuanced and in-depth solutions. Without the proper training, these solutions never materialize.

For example, a client may need to talk about how to be more present in their relationships. Other therapists would likely push the client onto one healing path that matches their training (e.g. focusing on dysfunctional thinking due to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy training).

However, Dr. Greg is able to provide multiple components to treatment that lead to better outcomes. For instance, he might do the following:

  • Examine thought patterns while also noting physiological changes that occur within the body, which signal changes in emotions.

  • Breathing techniques could be incorporated to slow the body down, which slows the mind down.

  • Communication could be improved via evidenced-based skills that train the client to be more effective and present with others.

  • And if everything goes wrong and tensions get high, distress tolerance skills could be discussed and appropriately implemented into the client’s life so relationships do not get damaged any further.
