    Anberlin knows a lot about the human condition, including the despair we can all feel when our mental health gets the better of us. The Unwinding Cable Car is a wonderful song that reminds us all of our inherent value and worthiness of a better life.

    I discovered Anberlin at a time in my life where I was struggling with the divorce of my parents. Hopelessness became my new best friend as I watched my family fall apart. I forgot my own inherent worth and wondered if I would ever feel alive again.

    Many of my clients forget about their inherent worth and strengths when they are struggling with mental health concerns. But the truth is, they are passionate, intelligent people who have the ability to heal and reclaim their lives.

    Transformation and peace comes by remembering our own inherent worth and power and channeling those things into changing our lives for the better.

    My whole psychology career is defined by my ability to partner with motivated individuals and help them transform their lives in ways they may not have even thought possible. My calling for this work came from an experience with a wonderful therapist who helped me transform my life amidst the divorce of my parents. After experiencing that, I knew I wanted to do the same for others.
